Why We Built This
Property management teams track thousands of parts across dozens of buildings — HVAC filters, plumbing fittings, electrical components, cleaning supplies. Most of them still use spreadsheets, or nothing at all.
When a technician needs a part at 2 AM and the spreadsheet says it's in stock but it isn't, that's a broken promise to a resident. When a maintenance director can't tell you how much was spent on supplies last quarter, that's a budget problem hiding in plain sight.
We started Ledger Link because we saw these problems up close and believed property teams deserved better tools — not retrofitted warehouse software, but something built specifically for the way buildings actually operate.
What Makes Us Different
Purpose-Built
Designed from day one for property management — not adapted from e-commerce or warehouse logistics. Every feature maps to how building teams actually work.
Offline-First
Basements, mechanical rooms, and rooftops don't always have signal. Ledger Link works offline and syncs when connectivity returns — no data lost.
Enterprise Security
AES-256 encryption, row-level security, full audit trails, and role-based access control. Your inventory data is treated with the same care as financial data.
The Platform Today
Ledger Link launched in February 2026. Here's what's shipped and in production:

Our Approach
Built in the Open
Our roadmap is public. We share what's shipped, what's in progress, and what we're exploring. No fake version numbers, no fabricated customer counts.
Honest by Default
We don't claim certifications we haven't earned or customers we don't have. Our SOC 2 page says "pursuing certification" because that's the truth.
